We are asking all patients feeling unwell or experiencing respiratory symptoms to wear a face covering while in the building. You may wear your own face covering or one will be provided for you. We offer TeleVisit and telephone options for your convenience. Call 803-909-6363 or pre-register on our patient portal to become a new patient.

The story of Affinity Health Center stretches back to 1994, when the Catawba Care Coalition was formed to serve the HIV+ population of York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties. In 2015, Catawba Care was rebranded as Affinity Health Center, and emerged as a full-service family practice, offering a wide range of affordable, high quality healthcare services.
